Surfboard Shaping Abrasive Screen

Optimized steel woven sanding cloth quickly rounds out contours and prevents tear-out in EPS foam and PU surfboard leaving rail profiles clean & smooth. 

This sanding screen is also used under a foam shaping pad to blend your surfboard shapes contours in the final process of shaping. 

Start with the aggressive SandShark Screen to remove foam quickly, then follow up with 120 grit screen to tighten up the shape. Finish with 180 grit screen for a perfectly smooth surface requiring less resin or EPS Sealer Paste.
