Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description:

Greenlight Surf Supply is a manufacturer and distributor of composite materials focused on servicing the surfboard building community worldwide. Our factory atmosphere is loose, fun, and groovin' all day but seriously professional when it comes to accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.

We're looking to add a new Shipping Clerk to fulfill online orders daily.

Main Job duties include:

Pack and Ship online orders with our automated Pick n' Pack barcode scanning system

Print packing and shipping labels (UPS and USPS)

Prepare freight truck shipments

Alert purchasing of inventory shortages through Kanban Card system

Stocking shelves with new inventory and updating online inventory numbers

Requirements:

A positive attitude 

Lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and 50 lbs. on an occasional basis

Use basic material handling/cutting tools

Accurately count inventory

Complete daily assignments, meet deadlines with accuracy and demonstrate a sense of urgency

Previous Experience or Skills:

Proficient in Google Sheets and email

Previous Pick and Ship experience a plus but not necessary (our system is easy)

Hours:

10:00 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: TBD based on experience
