We offer two ways to order your EPS Surfboard Blanks:
1. Design Your Own Custom Blank:
Design your blank in AKUShaper Software and we'll precisely cut your design's outline, foil, and rocker. All you have to do is shape the rails and bottom contours! This is an excellent way to copy any popular model surfboard from a big brand without spending big bucks and actually produce a stronger, more durable board with Greenlight materials. (FYI - big surfboard brands like to make "disposable" surfboards so you break them and have to buy more. We don't think that's too cool...)

2. Order a Stock Blank Size
You can order a stock Engineered EPS foam blank from one of our "Series Blank" models and choose your thickness so you don't have to use a power planer and make a ton of dust like the old way of board building. You still cut your outline template by hand and shape the board normally (if you want to keep along the traditional ways but making it easier and less dusty).
We recommend ordering your EPS Foam surfboard blank 1/8" - 1/4" thicker than your final shape to allow room for concaves and rolling the deck into the rail.
