FOIL THEORY - Technical Paper

Going through an old hard drive of Greenlight developmental stuff I found this technical write up on foils... this info pertains to surfboard fins, surf foils, airplane wings, hydrofoils, etc... anything shape that creates a difference in fluid pressure resulting in lift...
