Fiberglass

At Greenlight we believe if you're gonna build a surfboard you should build it strong!

We offer 4 oz. WARP glass instead of regular 4 oz. E fiberglass.
WARP glass has more fiberglass strands running along the stringer direction to increase your board's strength and protect from buckling or snapping. It is just as easy to work with as standard 4 oz. so why not make your board stronger without sacrificing weight or performance?

Greenlight also carries 4 oz. S-2 glass which is rated 20% stronger than standard E glass. S-glass strands are produced at higher temperatures and require more expensive machinery therefore the cost is a bit more. S-glass is a bit "stiffer" than E glass or WARP glass but laps around rails fairly easily.
